The Marketing Manager will support the Rubicon Talent business by assisting with the management of sports and culinary clients, coordinating appearances and sponsorship elements, supporting existing account relationships, and assisting in the development and execution of new marketing programs.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide support for agents and partners
  • Develop creative materials
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients (talent), agency partners, and brands
  • Attend appearances and events alongside clients
  • Assist with management of company social media feeds
  • Day to Day client management
  • Administrative and office support

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in sports marketing/business world
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • Deep passion and knowledge of overall sports landscape (Football, Basketball, Baseball, Olympics, Golf)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Social media savvy
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational and research capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
